FAQ
“Where are my files?” - When you purchase the file(s) you will recieve two emails, one invoice and one containing links to download the file(s).
“How do I open the files?” - Windows Defender blocks some file types like .exe by default. This can be changed within defenders settings or ignore the pop up and open the file anyway. Simply click “More info” on the pop up, then “Run anyway” and unpack the folder to your desktop or chosen location.
“How long does a custom suit take?” - We require at least 7 days notice to create a tailored suit. This gives us enough time to clarify all the details with you, create the product(s) and clear peer review on imvu.
“Will I get to see the product before its uploaded?” - Yes we will send screenshots throughout the process.
“Can I buy a tailored suit as a gift for someone?” - Absolutely, at checkout you can put the avatar name of the person you are gifting or if it’s a surprise you can let us know during the consultation.
